What can I search?
Search filenames and readable UTF-8 or UTF-16 strings in individual files and ZIP, IPA, or IPSW entries. ZIP64 archives and stored or DEFLATE-compressed entries are supported. Search is literal; case-insensitive matching covers English letters.
A full IPSW also contains disk images. Their internal files must be extracted first; this version does not mount images or decrypt Apple firmware. A search showing no matches does not rule out text inside those components.
No analytics, cloud AI, or automatic downloads. Your files and search terms stay in this tab and are released when you change files or close it.

Comparisons and linked Markdown reports load only when you open them. Requests go through this site to GitHub. The hosting provider can see which public reports are requested; GitHub receives requests from this server. Search terms stay in this browser.
Search covers the entire loaded report, including lines on other pages. Linked binary reports are separate: open one to search its detailed changes. Search results show up to 250 matching lines with context. Reports larger than 8 MiB can be opened on GitHub.
This is a snapshot of published comparisons. It does not generate a new diff from your files or automatically check for new releases. There are no analytics or cloud AI.
